Botox

How does Botox treatment work?

Botox® is formulated from the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. This blocks the signal from the nerve to the muscle which causes the muscle to relax resulting in less wrinkles. Botox® can be used on forehead lines, crow's feet, marionette lines as well as other areas on the face and body.

Derma Fillers

What is Dermal Filler?

Treatment with dermal fillers, which are made of hyaluronic acid, can smooth out facial folds and wrinkles, add volume to the lips, and contour facial features that have lost their volume and fullness due to aging, sun exposure, and illness. Dermal fillers are injected under the skin with a very fine needle. This produces natural appearing volume under wrinkles and folds which are lifted up and smoothed out. The results can often be seen immediately.

Kybella®

What is Kybella®?

The primary active ingredient in Kybella® is deoxycholic acid which is formed synthetically. This acid is produced naturally by the body and aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. Results are usually seen almost immediately after injection.
